1. Using the service
These terms apply to your use of My Rap Duo. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and our Refund Policy explains billing questions and refunds. Use the service only where you can legally accept these terms.
2. What the service provides
My Rap Duo provides a web application with account features, paid plans, a credit balance and AI tools (text and image generation through third-party models). Model availability, processing time and supported settings can change, and the service does not guarantee any particular result.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in method (email and password, or a linked Google/GitHub account) secure. You are responsible for requests made through your account. Do not share access to evade usage limits or use another person's identity. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
4. Plans, renewal and one-time purchases
The pricing page lists the available plans and credit packs. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval (monthly or yearly) until canceled; lifetime plans and credit packs are one-time purchases. The checkout page shows the amount and applicable charges before you pay. You can review your plan, payment history and cancellation options in your account.
Payments are processed by Stripe, or — where offered — by a merchant of record such as Creem or Waffo. When you pay through a merchant of record, that company is the seller of the transaction and its terms also apply to the payment.
5. Credits
- AI features consume credits; the cost is shown before or during use.
- Credits from sign-up bonuses, subscriptions and packs expire as shown in your credit history; credits from different sources are used soonest-expiring first.
- Credits are reserved when a request starts. If the request fails for a technical reason, the reserved credits are returned automatically.
- A result that works but does not match your expectations is not a technical failure.
- Credits are an account entitlement, not money: they cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, exploitative material, impersonation, harassment or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, resell access or bypass usage limits. Violations may lead to restricted access or account closure.
7. Your content and AI output
You must have the rights to anything you upload, including reference images. You allow the service and its providers to process that content to fulfil your requests. Before publishing or commercially using an output, check the relevant model terms and any third-party rights. Different users may receive similar outputs.
8. Availability and changes
Maintenance, provider outages and model changes may affect the service. Keep your own copies of work that matters to you. We may change features and will publish updated terms when necessary; continued use after an update means you accept it.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; an active subscription is canceled first. Records we must keep by law (for example payment records) may be retained after deletion.
10. Responsibility
Use your own judgement when relying on generated content. The service is provided without a guarantee that outputs are accurate, unique or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Photos and generated videos
You must have permission from everyone shown in your photos. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities, or anyone who has not consented. Videos are AI-generated and use original music. We are not affiliated with Migos, Quavo, Takeoff, COLORS or any artist. Original uploaded photos are deleted after 30 days; our generation provider may retain approved reference assets to perform generation. Photos and videos are private to their owner, except temporary signed image links that expire within one hour. You may delete videos or close your account. Contact support@myrapduo.com.
